
Pumpkin and Mushroom Risotto
Risotto is a recipe that is loved by most people, although it can take a fair amount of effort and skill to make. But the Panasonic Rice Cooker makes it much easier, and you no longer have to stand at the stove stirring the dish constantly in order to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Bon appetit!
Ingredients
- 2 Cupsfinely chopped leek
- 2 Cupsdiced butternut pumpkin
- 1 Cupsliced mushroom
- 2 Cupsarborio rice
- 4 Cupsvegetable stock
- Splash of white wine
- 20 gButter
- 1 Cupparmesan cheese
- 1 Cupfetta cheese
Steps
1) Put all the ingredients from top to bottom excluding the cheeses into the rice pan
2) Select the porridge setting and press start
3) Once it is cooked, stir through parmesan and fetta cheese
4) Serve and garnish with chives
