Spaghetti Meat Sauce
This super easy spaghetti meat sauce is ideal for busy families who want to serve up tasty comfort food in a flash. This recipe was made by busykitchenette using the NN-SD79L Cyclonic Inverter Microwave.
Ingredients
- 1small onion finely chopped
- 0.5capsicum finely chopped
- 300 gminced beef
- 1 tspgarlic minced
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 400 gcanned tomatoes
- 3 tbsptomato paste
- 2 tbspvinegar
- 1 tbspmixed herbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Steps
1) Combine the onions, capsicum, oil, minced beef and garlic in a microwave safe dish.
2) Place in Microwave and cook on P10 for 6 minutes. Stir half way through cooking.
3) Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and cook on P7 for 14-16 minutes. Stir half way through cooking.
4) Remove and serve with spaghetti and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
5) (Spaghetti can also be cooked in the Microwave if required)
