
Sunflower & Almond Gluten-Free Bread
Take advantage of the gluten-free programs in the Panasonic Bread Maker range to deliver a fresh, tasty, healthy, gluten-free loaf of bread. This recipe is packed with nuts and psyllium husks for an extra nutrient boost!
Ingredients
- 120 gsunflower seeds
- 200 gground almonds
- 1 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspbread spice of choice
- 2.5 tspbaking powder
- 10 gpsyllium husks ground / powder
- 30 gwalnuts chopped
- 2 tbspcoconut oil liquid
- 230 gwater
Steps
1) Add all dry ingredients into the bread pan, then add in all liquid ingredients.
2) Select the programme "gluten-free cake" and press start. (not the bread program, as this recipe is using baking powder and doesn't need rising time).
3) After a few minutes the breadmaker will beep, now push down the dough a little bit and then press start again.
4) Optional: You can remove the kneading blade after the kneading time is over.
5) After the kneading time, if necessary, press the dough into shape again with a dough scraper (push it down from the edge).
6) After programme finishes check if you like the consistency. Optionally you can bake it longer with programme "Bake only".
7) Once the bread is done, take it out of the bread pan and place the bread on a board.
8) Allow to cool completely before cutting.
