
Thai Chicken Wings

- 1 kgchicken wings
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 2 tbspfish sauce
- 2 tbsplime juice
- 1 tspcrushed garlic
- 1 tspcrushed ginger
- 1 tspcrushed chilli
Steps
1) Place chicken wings in a shallow microwave safe dish.
2) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings.
3) Marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
4) Cook covered for 15-20 minutes at P7, rearranging halfway through cooking.
5) Remove and serve with rice.
