Little time and appetite? This calls for chicken breast with gorgonzola. For this quick lunch, you only need a handful of ingredients, five minutes of preparation, and a casserole dish. The rest is taken care of by the Combo Microwave.
Whether you use chicken breast with or without skin is a matter of taste. We love to leave the skin on. It’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Distribute slices in a casserole dish.
Cut gorgonzola into small pieces and place evenly over the potatoes.
Season the chicken breast fillets and place on the potatoes.
Season the cream with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary and pour into the casserole dish.
Prepare everything in the microwave with the combination grill stage 1/15 minutes and microwave for 10 minutes.
