Ingredients

  • 120 gwarm water
  • 100 gdried fruit (Finely chopped if needed (eg. prunes, apricots, raisins, goji berries))
  • 150 gmilk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 15 gfast acting yeast
  • 30 gcaster sugar or honey
  • 400 ggluten-free bread flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspxanthan gum
  • 2beaten egg
  • 1 tbspground cinnamon
  • 100 gmelted unsalted butter or dairy-free spread
  • 50 gmixed seeds (Example: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 0.5 tspsea salt

Steps

STEP 1

Place the dried fruit in the warm water and soak for 5-19 minutes to soften. Place the water and fruit into the loaf tin with the remaining ingredients.

STEP 2

Stir briefly to mix in the loaf tin.

STEP 3

Place the loaf tin in the bread machine. Close the lid.

STEP 4

Select the gluten-free bread programme. Press start.

STEP 5

When the machine beeps, your loaf is baked!
