Ingredients

  • 50 gbaby French beans (sliced)
  • 50 gasparagus (sliced)
  • 50 gcarrots (sliced)
  • 50 glady’s fingers (sliced)
  • 50 gradish (sliced)
  • sesame oil (to taste)
  • A dash of chicken stock
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • sugar (to taste)
  • 200gboneless chicken thigh

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1 tbspgarlic (chopped)
  • 50 gonions (chopped)
  • 1 sprigrosemary
  • 1 sprigthyme
  • 3 tbsppaprika powder
  • olive oil (as needed)
  • A dash lemon juice

Steps

STEP 1

Cut the vegetables and season with sesame oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper and sugar.

Marinate the chicken with the remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes.

Pan-fry the chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side to get it nicely browned.
