Thoroughly wash the quinoa and all the vegetables, and then cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Divide the quinoa and the prepared vegetables into two 500ml sous-vide jars, add a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and the herbs.
Pour 70 ml of water in each jar, mix everything and close them tightly with their hooks.
Insert the jars one at a time in the microwave, set the power to 600 W for 12 minutes.
When cooked, remove the jar and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Once cooled down, you can ether enjoy the quinoa ride away, or place it in a vacuum in the fridge and consume it in the next few days. To remove the vacuum, simply place the jar in the microwave without hooks at 600 W for 3 minutes.
