Preheat the grill on GRILL 1. Spread the walnut pieces out onto the enamel tray. Place in the upper shelf position and toast for 5-6 minutes or until golden, turning halfway. Put to one side to cool.
Fill the water tank. Place all the vegetables into the glass tray and place in the upper shelf position. Select STEAM 1 and SIMMER MICROWAVE and cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
When vegetables are done, mix together with walnut crumble and dressing. Season with salt and black pepper.
