Steamed Oriental Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 tpackspak choi (90g each)
- 250 gfrozen soya beans
- 4salmon fillets (150g each)
- 2spring onions (sliced)
- 1 tbspginger (finely chopped)
- 1red chilli (cut into fine strips)
- 1lemon’s juice
- 150 mlvegetable stock
- 2 tspsoy sauce
- coriander (chopped)
Steps
STEP 1
Arrange the pak choi leaves and soya beans in the glass tray. Lay the salmon fillets on top.
STEP 2
Add the spring onions, ginger, lemon slices and red chilli.
STEP 3
Mix together the lemon juice, vegetable stock, soy sauce and coriander. Pour into the dish.
STEP 4
Cook on Steam 1 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
