Steamed Oriental Salmon

Ingredients

Servings:4
  • 2 tpackspak choi (90g each)
  • 250 gfrozen soya beans
  • 4salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 2spring onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbspginger (finely chopped)
  • 1red chilli (cut into fine strips)
  • 1lemon’s juice
  • 150 mlvegetable stock
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • coriander (chopped)

Steps

STEP 1

Arrange the pak choi leaves and soya beans in the glass tray. Lay the salmon fillets on top.

STEP 2

Add the spring onions, ginger, lemon slices and red chilli.

STEP 3

Mix together the lemon juice, vegetable stock, soy sauce and coriander. Pour into the dish.

STEP 4

Cook on Steam 1 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
