Vegan Berry Crumble
This sweet and fruity vegan crumble is perfect for dinner parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 110 gfrozen strawberries
- 110 gfrozen blueberries
- 110 gfrozen red currants
- 110 gfrozen raspberries
- 0.5 cupagave or maple syrup
- 1 cupjumbo oats (Gluten-free if necessary)
- 64 gcoconut flakes
- 64 galmond flakes
- 64 gchopped pecans
- 2 tbspcoconut oil (melted)
- 1 pinch ofsalt
- 0.5 tspcinnamon
- vegan ice cream (to serve)
Steps
STEP 1
Coat 3 ramekin dishes with coconut oil.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl, add the fruits and 3 tbsp of agave/maple syrup and gently mix until combined.
STEP 3
Fill the ramekin dishes with an equal amount of fruit in each.
STEP 4
To make the crumble, mix together all dry ingredients and add melted coconut oil.
STEP 5
Cover the contents of the ramekin dishes generously with the crumble. Bake at 180°C for around 20 minutes, or until the crumble turns golden.
STEP 6
Top with your favourite vegan ice cream to serve.
