Matcha Panna Cotta
A creamy, gently sweetened panna cotta infused with matcha green tea and cooked to silky perfection in the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender, then chilled to set.

Ingredients

300 ml cream
150 ml milk
60 g granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder
1 ½ teaspoons powdered gelatine
1 tablespoon water (for blooming)
Steps
STEP 1
In a small bowl, combine the gelatine and water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
STEP 2
Add cream, milk, sugar, and matcha powder to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401).
STEP 3
Turn the knob to Manual mode. Set the temperature to 90°C, blending speed to Low, and time to 10 minutes (00:10). Press Start.
STEP 4
Once cooking is complete, add the bloomed gelatine and blend on Low for 10 seconds to fully dissolve.
STEP 5
Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.
