A tropical, protein-rich smoothie made with sweet pineapple, creamy macadamia butter, and your milk of choice. Smooth, energising, and nutty, with optional chia for added texture and fibre.

Ingredients

½ cup frozen pineapple or Mango chunks
1 tablespoon macadamia butter
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
15 g protein powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Steps

STEP 1

Add all ingredients to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401).

STEP 2

Turn the knob to the Smoothie setting and press Start.

STEP 3

Serve immediately.
