Pistachio & Cashew Nut Milk
A smooth and naturally rich nut milk made with soaked pistachios and cashews. Creamy, mildly nutty, and perfect for coffee, porridge, or chilled sipping.
Prep time: 5 minutes (+ overnight soaking)
Ingredients

½ cup raw pistachios soaked overnight
½ cup raw cashews soaked overnight
¼ teaspoon salt
Water to cover (approx. 800–900 ml)
Steps
STEP 1
Drain the soaked pistachios and cashews. Add them to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401) along with the salt. Add water to just under the 1-litre mark.
STEP 2
Turn the knob to the Nut Milk setting and press Start.
STEP 3
Once blending is complete, strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
STEP 4
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake well before using.
