Pumpkin & Potato Baby Purée

A warm, naturally sweet purée made with tender pumpkin and potato, gently cooked with milk or bone broth for a smooth and nourishing meal.

Ingredients

300 g pumpkin peeled and chopped
100 g potato peeled and chopped
200 ml milk or bone broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste (optional, for older babies)

Steps

STEP 1

Add pumpkin, potato, milk or bone broth, and olive oil to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401).

STEP 2

Turn the knob to the Baby Purée setting and press Start.

STEP 3

Serve warm or allow to cool before storing in containers.

Tips: 

● Use bone broth for a protein-rich, non-vegetarian option, or milk for a vegetarian version. Use lactose-free milk if needed.

● Store in the fridge for one day before serving, or freeze into ice cube moulds to defrost in portions.
