Quick Raspberry & Blackberry Chia Jam

A wholesome, sugar-free jam made with raspberries, blackberries and honey, thickened naturally with chia seeds. Perfect for spooning over toast, yoghurt or porridge.

Ingredients

250 g raspberries (fresh or thawed)
250 g blackberries (fresh or thawed)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of ½ a lemon
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Steps

STEP 1

Add raspberries, blackberries, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401).

STEP 2

Turn the knob to the Jam setting and press Start.

STEP 3

Once cooking is complete, stir in the chia seeds by hand.

STEP 4

Transfer to a jar and refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to thicken the jam.
