Salmon, Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Baby Purée
A smooth, omega-3-rich purée made with tender cooked salmon, naturally sweet potato and mild red pepper. Cooked with milk or bone broth for a nutritious and flavourful warm baby meal.

150 g salmon fillet skin removed and chopped
300 g sweet potato peeled and chopped
100 g red pepper chopped
200 ml milk or bone broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste (optional, for older babies)
Steps
STEP 1
Add salmon, sweet potato, red pepper, milk or bone broth, and olive oil to the jug of the Panasonic Quiet Cooking Blender (MX-HG4401).
STEP 2
Turn the knob to the Baby Purée setting and press Start.
STEP 3
Serve warm or allow to cool before storing in containers.
Tip:
Store in the fridge for one day before serving, or freeze into ice cube moulds to defrost in portions.
