To confirm that the latches and hinges will not become loose over years of use, Panasonic
conducts a durability test that repeatedly and continuously opens and closes the lid over
20,000 times.
Mock-Finger Test

washing machine, Panasonic carefully checks external parts using mock fingers. This test
helps prevent accidents, such as a person’ s finger being pinched by machine part joints, or

Lid Strength Test
