Put up an Umbrella When It Rains

All managers must act in accordance with the laws of heaven, earth and nature. This is not a particularly difficult concept. For example, if it rains, put up an umbrella.
That means that when it is time to collect payments, you go out and collect payments, when you are unable to sell, you take a break instead of trying to force sales to happen, and when you become able to sell, you manufacture things-you adapt to the overall situation.
There do seem to be people who try to borrow funds without first making efforts to collect payments owed to them. However, you should first collect payments and if you still need more, you then borrow money. This is the basic rule. It is very important to follow this kind of simple and common-sense rule.
