Articulating Your Management Philosophy

The various qualities required of a founder of an enterprise include leadership, decision-making ability, foresight, initiative, as well as a sense of responsibility, but by far the most important factor in business success is to have a solid philosophy of management.
What I mean by management philosophy is having clear answers to the fundamental questions about how you envision your enterprise, questions like: What is my company's raison d'etre?, In what direction is this company moving? and What do I want it to be like in the future? Clarifying such questions to yourself is crucial, and only when you do so will the other qualities you possess, such as those mentioned above, prove their true worth.
