Humans from birth possess an immense variety of personalities and characteristics. Accordingly the paths they follow in their lives should differ from each other. But in the real world, there is a certain trend to point all the people in the same direction and regulate them. Such an approach might sometimes be needed in some areas, but it certainly can’t be applied universally ― otherwise our progress will stop. We should recognize the differences and aim to have a community where our distinct characteristics can be utilized.
