Add Your Unit to Comfort Cloud App for AQUAREA air to water heatpump

The following steps are to set up the connection between AQUAREA air to water heatpump and the Comfort Cloud App.

Step1
Tap the “+” icon.
Choose “Air to water Heat pump".

Step 2
Tap “Scan QR code".

Step 3
Scan the QR code on CZ-TAW2.

Step 4
Select “Wireless mode” and Tap “Next”.

Step 5
Tap “Next”.

STEP6 -1
Choose the select Wireless LAN router and Input SSID Password.
And then, Tap “Connect”

STEP6 - 2
If Link LED is ON,
Tap “Next”.

Step 7
Check the Status LED on the adapter. If it’s blinking, Tap “Next”.

Step 8
Input AQUAREA name and Zone name, and then Tap “Register”.

Step 9
Tap “Start Using”.

Step 1
Tap the “+” icon.
Choose “Air to water Heat pump".

Step 2
Tap “Scan QR code".

Step 3
Scan the QR code on CZ-TAW2.

Step 4
Select “Wireless mode” and Tap “Next”.

Step 5
Tap “For WPS setting”.

Step 6
Choose Follow the instructions and then Tap “Next”.

Step 7
Check the Status LED on the adapter. If it’s blinking, Tap “Next”.

Step 8
Input AQUAREA name and Zone name, and then Tap “Register”.

Step 9
Tap “Start Using”.

Step 1
Tap the “+” icon.
Choose “Air to water Heat pump".

Step 2
Tap “Scan QR code".

Step 3
Scan the QR code on CZ-TAW2.

Step 4
Select “Ethernet mode” and Tap “Next”.

Step 5
Tap “Automatic setting”.

Step 6
Follow the instructions and then Tap “Next”.

Step 7
Check the Status LED on the adapter. If it’s blinking, Tap “Next”.

Step 8
Input AQUAREA name and Zone name, and then Tap “Register”.

Step 9
Tap “Start Using”.

Step 1
Tap the “+” icon.
Choose “Air to water Heat pump".

Tap “When you can’t find QR code, please check here”.

Step 3
Check the model name written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.

Step 4
Check the Device ID written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.
Enter the device ID and press "Next".

Step 5
Check the status of the Link LED. During the initial registration, the LED should be off or blinking, so select "Link LED is OFF" or "Link LED is blinking" and tap "Next."

*If the LED is lit, it means the adaptor is already connected to the network. In that case, select "LINK LED is lighting." and tap "Next". Then, proceed to STEP9.
*If you would like to reset the network setting, press "WPS" button and "Check" button on the adaptor simultaneously for 10 seconds continuously.

Step 6
Check the color of the Status LED and choose the "Wireless mode". Then tap "Next".

* If you would like to change the network mode, press and hold the Check button for 10 seconds until the Status LED changes the color.

Step 7
Choose "Automatic setting" and tap "Next".

Step 8
1. Push the WPS button on the internet router.
2. Press the WPS button on your network adaptor.
3. Wait a while until the Link LED changes from blinking to on. Then tap "Next".

Step 9
Check if the Status LED is blinking or not. If it is blinking, tap "Next".

Step 11
Set the name of your unit, Zone1, and Zone2. Then tap "Register".

Step 12
Registration is completed! Tap "Start Using".

Choose “Air to water Heat pump".

Tap “When you can’t find QR code, please check here”.

Check the model name written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.

Step 4
Check the Device ID written on the label attached to the side of the adaptor.
Enter the device ID and press "Next".

Step 5
Check the status of the Link LED. During the initial registration, the LED should be off or blinking, so select "Link LED is OFF" or "Link LED is blinking" and tap "Next."

*If the LED is lit, it means the adaptor is already connected to the network. In that case, select "LINK LED is lighting." and tap "Next". Then, proceed to STEP11.

Step 6
Check the color of the Status LED and choose the "Wireless mode". Then tap "Next".

*If you would like to change the network mode, press and hold the Check button for 10 seconds until the Status LED changes the color.

Step 7
Choose "Manual setting" and tap "Next".

Step 8
1. Press and hold the WPS button for 10 seconds.
2. When the Status LED blinks, tap "Next".

Step 9
A pop-up for "Settings" might appear.
Tap it to access your Wi-Fi settings.
Make sure your smartphone/tablet’s Wi-Fi is connected to
[Panasonic-***-******].

Or if you see a message asking ["Comfort Cloud" Wants to Join Wi-Fi Network "Panasonic-***-******”?], tap "Join".

Step 11
Check if the Status LED is blinking or not. If it is blinking, tap "Next".

Step 12
Set the device password of 8-15 characters with letters and numbers. Then tap "Next".

* The device password will be required for the registration of additional users.
* If you are the second user, ask the device password to the owner user.

Step 13
Set the name of your unit, Zone1, and Zone2. Then tap "Register".

Step 14
Registration is completed! Tap "Start Using".

1. Connect the router and network adaptor with a LAN cable.
2. When the Link LED is lit, tap "Next".

Step 9
Set the device password of 8-15 characters with letters and numbers. Then tap "Next".

* The device password will be required for the registration of additional users.
* If you are the second user, ask the device password to the owner user.

Step 11
Registration is completed! Tap "Start Using".
