Add Your Unit to Comfort Cloud App for

Heat pump hot water

The following steps are to set up the connection between Heat pump hot water and the Comfort Cloud App.

What you need to get started​:

 

• An AQUAREA air to water heatpump with a network adaptor.
• A smartphone/tablet that runs on Android or iOS.
• Latest version of the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App – Android | iOS
• A router that supports 2.4GHz or 2.4GHz/5GHz band.
• An Internet connection.

 

Sign in to the Comfort Cloud App

 

Sign in to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App using either your Panasonic ID or your Apple/Google Account. View sign-in steps here.


Step 1
Tap the “+” icon.

Step 2
Choose “Heat pump hot water".

Step 3

1. Press  button on the remote controller.
2. Select [Wireless LAN] and press Enter(✓).
3. Select [Wireless LAN ON / OFF] and press Enter(✓).
4. Select [ON] and press Enter(✓).
5. Tap “Next”..

Step 4
1. Press  button on the remote controller.
2. Select [Wireless LAN] and press Enter(✓).
3. Select [Networking setting] and press Enter(✓).
4. Select [Scan setting] and press Enter(✓).
5. Tap “Next” when “✓Confirm” message is displayed.

Step 5
Please tap “Scan QR code” to setup wireless LAN connection.

Step 6
Allow the app to access your camera.

Step 7
Scan the QR code on the remote controller.

Step 8
Allow app to use Bluetooth.

*Pop-up design may vary depending on the OS version and/or smartphone/tablet model.

Step 9
Allow the app to access your precise location while using the app.

Step 10
1.Press Enter(✓) on the remote controller.
2.Tap “Next” when “Connecting to server” message is displayed.

Step 11
Your Heat pump hot water is connecting to the network.

*This may take a few minutes. Please wait.

Step 12
If SSID is OK to connect, Tap “Allow”.

Step 13
Your Heat pump hot water is connecting to the network.

*This may take a few minutes. Please wait.

Step 14
Create password and then tap “Register”.

*As the first user, you need to create a new password for the heat pump hot water. This password will be required when adding an additional user.

Step 15
1. Set heat pump hot water name.
2. Choose Tank capacity from the list.
3. Choose Time zone setting from the list.
4. Choose Summer time setting from the list.
5. Tap “Register”.

Step 16
Once registration is complete, tap “Start Using”.
