Conventional freezers freeze food to -18°C which destroys the freshness and the nutrients in the food. Prime Fresh only freezes food until -3°C. This creates a thin film of ice over the food which is perfect for preserving and retaining the nutrients.

Why -3°C is good?

Prime Fresh is frozen at exquisite temperature approx. -3 °C, where the food just begins to freeze, preventing oxidation and bacterial degradation. Because it isn't completely frozen, thawing is unnecessary.
