Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with participation to , the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer. Participation, subscription and registration to the Offer is voluntary.

This Offer is hosted by Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a company having its registered office at 12^th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Panasonic’). The Offer is valid only on the purchase of LED, Air Conditioner Refrigerator, Microwave & Washing Machine (“Product”), - from authorized Panasonic Exclusive outlets across India except the State of Tamil Nadu. and Kerala. T&Cs may be modified by Panasonic from time to time without any prior/public notice. Panasonic also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer, at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successful registration to the Offer and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

Also, by participating in the manner provided above, and subscribing/registering to the Offer, the Customer:
• Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to confirm to these T&Cs, any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto.
• agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice callsand whats app
• Warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she has submitted.

1. OFFER DURATION
The Offer is valid from 25^th September 2022 – 31^st October 2022 on the purchases of Products made from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets only. Offer dates can be changed/extended as per the Panasonic’s sole decision.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a) Any Customer who is a citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:

i) Purchases any of the Products from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability.
iii) Who is not suffering any mental disability.
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and\Who is a PAN card holder.
v) Offer is not applicable for Panasonic employee.
vi) With one mobile number, customer can upload one invoice only irrespective of number of products in the invoice from select categories.

3. OFFERS: Any Customer buying Products (Single / Multiple) is eligible to participate in cashback offer

a. SCRATCH & WIN (Assured MobiKwik Wallet Cashback Offer ):A Customer shall be eligible for assured Cashbackranging from Minimum Rs. 100 to the Maximum of Rs. 1,00,000 on Mobikwik wallet on purchase of Product(s).

Home Makeover Offer: Customers winning Cashback in Mobikwik wallet will also be eligible for the Home Makeover offer .Luckydrawswill be conducted during the Offer Period by an external auditor appointed for this promotion SKN & Co. (CA – Pankaj Kukreja)

b. Offer Participation Procedure:

SCRATCH & WIN OFFER

1. Upon purchase of Panasonic Product from selected categories, Customer will be required to scan a QR code which will take him to a Micro site . Customer will have to enter micro site via mobile OTP verification. Once customer login will have to enter details of the product purchased,Name,Mobile number,OTP,Model Name,Model serial number upload product invoice and image of Serial Number Once completed a Digital Scratch card will be displayed on microsite. Once card is scratched, customer will be notified about cashback amount .Cashback coupon will be send after validation within 72 hrs of filling in the details(Subject to validation) and it may get delayed in case the validation process is not completed as per set guidelines. Customer needs to enter the coupon code on mobikwik app to redeem cashback. Customer need to download mobikwik app and need to complete KYC for Mobikwik App in case he or she does not have the same.

2. HOME MAKEOVER ACTIVITY

On Successful Registration If the Customer has won a Panasonic gift pursuant to the Lucky Draw ,the Customer will be sent a Confirmation SMS Message regarding winning of Gift from Panasonic which shall be delivered to him as per company policy. Thereafter, Customer shall have to share the purchase invoice copy/information of the Product, Personal details like Pan Card, Address proof, email id to validate participation with Panasonic’s Authorized Program Management Company (Parv Communications Pvt. Ltd. ) via Email/WhatsApp/Tele Verificatio

3. The gifts against each unique code shall be randomly selected through Lucky Draw conducted by external auditor appointed for this promotion. The draw shall be random in nature and chances for winning shall be evenly distributed. 4. .Each Home Makeover draw is a set of 5 products(LED,Refrigerator,Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Microwave) that will be offered to the winner 5. (i) Participants are strictly prohibited from posting any defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law to this contest and/ or violate of any laws, in contempt of court, anti- national or against the declared public policies of the nation or defamatory to any religious faith or anything which panders to puritan taste, interfere/infringe upon any rights under applicable laws (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design or contract) of any third party.

(ii) Contents and/ or any entries uploaded by the Participants, are subject to moderation and screening/ filtration by Panasonic

(iii) Gratification in the Contest may be rescinded if Panasonic determines that there has been an infringement of the entry requirements or public order and morality.

(iv) Participant acknowledges that Panasonic reserves all rights to delete/ reject the entry at its absolute and sole discretion on any reasonable ground, including but not limited to: (a) received after[AS1] closing time, (b) Panasonic believes that an entry contravenes these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, failure to acknowledge receipt of their win, or provide full and correct name and address, etc., and incomplete/ incorrect entries from third party agents.

(v) Panasonic will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

(vi) Panasonic shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in case of change in dates of Offer or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond Panasonic’s control including but not limited to Force Majeure.

(vii) While participating sending the Code, furnishing of personal details and contact(s), if any, to Panasonic, shall be treated as due consent to receive any communication from Panasonic, including but not limited to, marketing, promotional messages/ calls, etc. at the contact details provided.

(viii) Each Participant irrevocably consents and permits Panasonic and its agencies to use his/her name, content posted by the Participant, etc., for advertising and other promotional purposes related to the Offers or Panasonic brand, without payment of any additional compensation.

(ix) Winners' personal information shall be subject to the applicable privacy policy of Panasonic, and shall be used for the purposes/ in relation to the Contest, including but not limited to, dispatch of gratifications, management of entries, and display of winning entries, and for purposes incidental to these activities.

(x) By sharing participating in the Offer, the Participants grant to Panasonic a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photographs/ entries in any manner as desired by Panasonic. All the entries submitted shall become sole property of Panasonic and Panasonic shall be at liberty to use the entries, for advertisement or publicity without any further communication or consideration to the winner.

(xi) Mere participation in the Contest or sending the entry (ies) does not entitle the Participant to gratification under the Lucky Draw. Any fraudulent conduct or use of unfair means, tools, and software shall dis entitle the Participant. Panasonic reserves its right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry which is illegible, incomplete, defaced, indecipherable or corrupt or which does not comply with any of the terms and conditions given herein.

(xii) Decision of Panasonic in terms of selection of entries shall be at its own discretion and shall be final and binding.

(xiii) Participant acknowledges and agrees that Panasonic or its group entities or affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors etc. shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the Contest or the Gratification, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.

(xiv) The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Panasonic and/ or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the any act or omission of the Participant.

(xv) Panasonic may at its sole discretion, without advance notice, cancel, suspend or postpone or change the duration of the Offer at any time.

(xvi) Panasonic reserves the right to amend / modify The 'Terms and Conditions' contained herein from time to time without giving any prior notice.

(xvii) Disputes, if any, relating to this Offer shall be dealt in accordance with Laws Applicable in India & courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction over the subject matter.

(xviii) The Offer is just for engaging customers or prospects and there is neither any relation to any sort of gambling, lottery etc. nor Panasonic/ its agency has any intention of harming any sentiments of society/ persons who do not qualify.

(xix) Any and all applicable taxes as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Contest or acceptance of the reward/ gift shall be borne by the Participant. Panasonic shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.

(xx) Participant acknowledges that Panasonic policies, including but not limited to, Panasonic Social Media Policy, etc. is applicable. In order to access the policies, the Participant may access the link to Panasonics website provided above.

(xxi) Participant represents & warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws and any/all information submitted by him/her is true, correct, accurate & complete.

(xxii) Participants unequivocally grant to Panasonic, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photos/ posts/ direct messages, content and any other information/ data as desired by Panasonic. Posts/photos/ content entered may be published by Panasonic or its agencies on various platforms, including but not limited to, on Panasonic Group websites and on social media platforms. Panasonic may edit or alter the photos entered by trimming or addition of image effects, music or sound effects. All the photographs/ ideas/ thoughts/ submitted during entries shall become sole property of Panasonic and Panasonic shall be at liberty to use the posts/ pictures/ content/ direct messages/ feature the winner, for advertisement or publicity or acknowledgement without any further communication or consideration to the winner/ Participant.

(xxiii) All gratification/ prizes shall be on as-is basis & as per stock availability. Panasonic shall not be responsible for non-availability of Prize due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other force majeure conditions etc. Prize cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, is non-transferable & cannot be encashed under any circumstances.

(xxiv) Offer shall be void in any state where prohibited by law (currently or in future), Central or State being in force, including but not limited to, the state of Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Accordingly, in such a case, Panasonic shall not be liable to provide any reward/ prize, or compensation to the Participant on any account.

(xxv) Panasonic shall have the right to disqualify / cancel the entries of any Participant with incomplete information or illegal contents (statement of racist, sexist or defamatory) or on any other grounds without giving any reasons.

(xxvi) Failure by Panasonic to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

(xxvii) In no event shall Panasonic be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest, its services these terms (however arising, including negligence). Panasonic shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.

(xxviii) Panasonic expressly disclaims warranties of any kind, whether expressly or impliedly regarding the Contest or Prize. Panasonic does not undertake any warranty that the items/ products made available under this Contest will meet the requirements of the Winner. The warranty otherwise applicable to Panasonic products would not be available on the Prize.

(xxix) Panasonic shall not be responsible for any damage suffered to the Prize during transit.

(xxx) In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.

(xxxi) All materials contained within the promotional material of the Contest, and in the collaterals are property of Panasonic. Reproduction of any materials from Panasonic site without written permission is strictly prohibited.

(xxxii) Panasonic or agency assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the promotion.

(xxxiii) Panasonic or agency accept no responsibility for no call-back/SMSs/ response not delivered to Participants due to network failure or any other technical glitch in the system. Also, if the participant is not available to receive the prize on the designated date and time, then Panasonic or agency is not responsible for re-dispatching the gratification product.

(xxxiv) Panasonic or agency reserves the right to use all registration information for its official and promotional purposes.

(xxxv) Panasonic shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the entries by the Participant or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the participation of the Participant or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.

(xxxvi) Apart from entitlement to the prize for this Contest, the winner(s) including their legal heirs etc. will have no other rights or claims against Panasonic.

(xxxvii) The decision of Panasonic regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding on the Participants.
