PROCESS

• Consumer to log call for installation at Panasonic ASC @080-6984-1333. Consumer to keep ready valid Invoice Copy of Panasonic Inverter Split AC Model

• Service Engineer to do standard installation at Rs. 699.00 (Exclusive of GST) basis the Model and Channel applicability of offer & collect copy of Invoice.

• Installation at Rs. 699.00 is valid only when installation is done through Panasonic ASC.

• Offer valid only on installations carried out within 30 days from the date of Invoice.

• Offer valid only on date of Invoice being on or after 1^st October 2020.

• In case of Fixed AC models, Installations charges will be Rs 999/- GST extra.

EXCLUSIONS

• Any Institutional/ Online/ B2B/ Corporate Sales from any trade partner are not covered under this offer.

• NOT valid for any installation done directly by the trade partner (However, parties which have been authorised by Panasonic as Econ Shoppe/SSD & having their own service set up will be authorised separately for Inverter AC installations.)

• If additional Copper Piping/Drain Pipe/Power Cable above the standard length is required, then the same will be provided at a cost to the customer

• If Outdoor unit needs to be mounted on wall, then additional Outdoor Bracket will be provided on chargeable basis.

• Any other fitting fixture that the customer desires would be fixed on chargeable basis.

• Drilling (Core Cutting) or making hole in Roof & RCC for passage of installation piping to be arranged by the customer.

• Glass Cutting or making hole in Glass for passage of Installation Piping is to be arranged by the Customer.

• For any additional work (other than those stated above) customer has to pay extra money based on site condition.

• For Inverter Split AC Units Installation outside the municipal limits of the Company or Authorised Dealer’s Service Centre, then in such instances, all conveyance related expenses shall be borne by and payable by the customer.

1) Extended warranty Terms & Conditions:

Benefits are applicable only on Selected inverter AC models. Benefits may vary from model to model and applicable only on limited promotion period. The respective qualifying models under each category must be purchased at maximum retail price (MRP) only, for the offers to be valid.

The Warranty Period is from the date of purchase of the Product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above referred documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.

A. Air- Conditioners

1 year comprehensive warranty and 4 years’ additional warranty (1+4 on PCB) on selected inverter PCB of select inverter models, enumerated below:

• Warranty extension offer is applicable for selected Panasonic Inverter ACs (2018 inverter model & 2019 inverter models / 2020 inverter models) subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during specified time period.

• Warranty extension offer is valid for the customer purchases i.e. invoice date being between 1st Oct 2020 to 31^st Jan 2021.

• Warranty extension offer (1+4 extended) is applicable on Indoor unit and Outdoor unit PCB only. Costs related to labor, transportation and other incidental expenditures shall be borne by the Customer after the lapse of first year of Product warranty.

• Warranty extension offer is void if product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person/ centre and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.

• Transportation of Units if required shall be charged extra during extended warranty period.

• Warranty extension is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser.

•The company reserves the right to withdraw or change warranty extension offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.

• Warranty extension offer shall be from the date of purchase & irrespective of the usage of AC & shall automatically expire once the stipulated period is over.

• Warranty extension circular communication supersedes all the previous communications on the said subject.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

The Warranty Period is for 10 (1+9) Years on compressor from the date of purchase of this Product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above referred documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.

Inverter – 10 Years’ Compressor Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS -1/2:

• 10 (1+9) Years’ warranty on compressor is applicable only on 2018; 2019 & 2020 Inverter Models (List attached) Purchased between 01st Oct 2020 to 31^st Jan 2021.

• 10 (1+9) Years’ warranty on compressor is applicable for sale through all authorized channels of Company except e-Commerce.

• The Purchaser has to provide original Invoice at the time of availing the repair services.

• Total Warranty Period on the Compressor is limited to 10 Years from Date of Purchase, irrespective of the Period the Product was not in use or was under breakdown for repair.

• While Company undertakes responsibility to replace only the Compressor free of cost during Warranty Period. Cost of labour, transportation and other incidental expenditures shall be borne by the Customer after the lapse of first year of Product warranty.

• Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Authorized Service Centre or its Dealer's Service Centre. All parts removed/ replaced by the Company shall be the property of the Company. In the event the Company carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the said Warranty Period, the Warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the Warranty Period. Any repairs done or replacement provided shall not extend the warranty term for the Products.

This Warranty shall not apply with respect to the Products or any part thereof which has been subject to:

• Installation/repair by any unauthorized organization/ persons or repair/use of this Product or any accessories other than those specified by Company;

• Any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the Product;

• If the Product/ part(s) Serial No. on the Product is mutilated, defaced or altered;

• Any damage to the Product including but not limited to damage by animals (Rat, lizard, insect, ants, etc.), input voltage beyond specifications, fire, lightening, water ingress, dust, riots, acts of God (like flood, earthquake, cyclone, storm, etc.)

• Use of harmful chemicals; improper heat load, Usage of Product in an abnormally corrosive alkaline/acidic atmosphere

Inverter – 10 Years’ Compressor Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS – 2/2:

• Any change or defect resulting due to improper maintenance or any use contrary to the operations specified in the User’s Manual supplied with the Product;

• Damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit; Any form of damage caused by using external stabilizer.

• The Company shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any non-functional or abnormal function with any external device connected with the Product.

• While the Company will make every effort to carry out repairs/ replacement of parts at the earliest, it is however made explicitly clear that the Company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

• Any defect in the electrical installation or wiring at site has to be rectified by the Customer as per the recommendation of Company’s Authorized service representative. The Customer shall bear the cost of such rectification.

• In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, where the Company is not able to replace the affected part, then Company's prevailing depreciation policy will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of replacement of the affected part.

• For Product units installed outside the municipal limits of the Company or Authorized Dealer’s service centre, all expenses incurred in to & fro transportation of unit / parts, lodging, boarding, conveyance and other incidental charges will be borne by and payable in advance by the Customer.

Warranty terms and conditions for Super Dyma Outdoor unit

• This additional warranty shall be effective only upon expiry of the standard warranty of 1 year and continue for a period of 4 years from the date of Purchase Invoice.

• Red Rust Coverage should be greater than 10% of Surface area of the part of out-door unit of the Product on which rust has occurred. In the event of a claim where the red rust coverage is greater than 10% of surface area of the affected part, the said part will be replaced on FOC basis. 

• In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, where the Company is not able to replace the affected part, then Company's prevailing depreciation policy will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of replacement of the affected part.

• Finance scheme of 6/0, 7/0, 8/0, 12/4, 10/2, 18/6 & 24/7 on select Models (Bajaj Finance / Capital First / HDB / HDFC / TVS /Tata) Processing fee is at the sole discretion of the financier/dealer/bank. 8/0 not applicable on Bajaj Finance.
