The Warranty will be void under the following conditions:


  1. Problems arising from connections to other non-approved equipment.
  2. Evidence of tampering or repair by a non-approved service providers/unauthorized service agent.
  3. Application of/alternation of the Products by non-approved Spares.
  4. Problems arising from improper installation or unauthorized installation.
  5. Products sold through unauthorized channels.
  6. Negligence, abuse or any commercial use.
  7. Any damage caused by lightning / power surge.
  8. Remote control transmitters, attachments, accessories, cosmetics, gas recharge, installation, demo.
  9. Damage to two speakers or more.
  10. Damage caused by atmospheric conditions including humidity.
  11. Any “act of God” (Natural calamity/ disaster e.g. flood, earthquake etc.)
  12. Corrosion or
  13. Items exceeds the warranty period.


IMPORTANT: Purchase Invoice is mandatory to avail warranty service.
