The chapli kabab is known to be the king of all kebabs. This wonderful Pakistani cuisine is full of flavors, soft texture and tastes amazing.
Scramble an egg in a pan, wait for it to cool then transfer to blender jar
Insert all the ingridients and blend on high speed for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
Take the mixture out and form 6 x 2cm thick round Kebabs
Fry the kebabs on a high heat pan in some oil. Fry each side for about 6 minutes or until brown.
