Tomato soup with herb flavored sausage
Delicious flavours created by simply adding sausage to soup.
Grind the beef in the meat grinder (medium cutting plate).
Add minced thyme, Italian parsley, rosemary, fennel seeds, allspice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Set the sausage attachment onto the meat grinder, and set the sheep casing. Insert the ingredients from step 2 and turn on the switch. When about 10 cm of the ingredients from step 2 have been inserted into the sheep casing, twist the casing, then repeat the ﬁlling process.
Put minced garlic and olive oil into a pot, then stir-fry over low heat until you can smell the aroma.
Add thickly sliced onion, paprika, round sliced zucchini, eggplant, and tomato, and stir-fry
Add consomme bouillon, canned tomatoes, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, and pepper, and simmer.
Add the ingredients from step 3, and continue to simmer.
