  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice
  • 1,1/2 Banana

In blender add banana, coconut oil, ginger, cococut milk, cinnamon, tumeric and ice.
