Having quick breaks after a long period of focused work will help replenish your energy and refresh the mind. Simple exercises during those breaks would also be great. Try doing some jumps and shakes, walking up and down the stairs, or just simply stretch your arms and legs.
Certain foods, especially those that are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, are said to help boost concentration. Mix berries into smoothies for breakfast, steam some salmon for lunch, or have some nutty bread as a snack. They will give you not just the energy you need for the day, but will also fuel your brain to work well.
