Convenient Cooking, Easy to Operate
Induction heating is stronger than gas heating at the same output. It’s generally around 70% efficient, directly heating the bottom of the cookware, while gas is only about 45–55% efficient as more heat escapes into the surrounding environment.

For best performance, use cookware with a flat bottom and a base diameter of 12 cm or more so the hob can detect properly.
