Paprika Chicken with Steamed Vegetables
Chicken seasoned in herbs and spices with oriental vegetables.
Tips: Before steaming, drizzle the remaining marinade on the chicken for more flavour.
Cut the vegetables and season with sesame oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper and sugar.
Marinate the chicken with the remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Pan-fry the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes on each side to get it nicely browned.
Put the chicken and vegetables on the microwave tray and cook in the microwave oven. Touch STEAM, swipe the slider bar to select Steam 1 (High) and touch the Set key. Swipe the slider bar to select cooking time of 8 to 10 minutes. Touch START.
