Baked Pandan Kuih
Fragrant pandan leaves and coconut milk combine for a flavourful and colourful dessert that everyone is guaranteed to enjoy. Just add the finishing touch of sesame seeds and it is ready to serve.
Blend pandan and water using Panasonic Mixer Grinder (MX-AC400).
Strain into a large jug.
Beat eggs, sugar and coconut milk using Panasonic hand-mixer (MK-GH1WSK).
Add pandan juice and green coloring.
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
Gradually add pandan-coconut milk mixture into flour and mix slowly using Panasonic hand-mixer.
Strain into a jug.
Set Panasonic Cubie Oven to Convention mode with preheat at 180°C.
When oven has preheated, place mould in the oven for 5 minutes.
Grease mould with a little oil.
Pour mixture into the mould.
Set the timer for 40 minutes; brush with melted margarine and sprinkle sesame seeds after 20 minutes.
Continue to bake until done.
Set aside to cool before slicing.
