Homemade Dried Chicken Meat
Make this Chinese New Year snack at home with the help of a food processor and an oven.

Process chicken meat in Panasonic food processor MK-F800SSL.
Transfer minced chicken into a bowl and add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat Panasonic Cubie Steam Convection Oven NU-SC100WMPQ to 200°C on convection mode.
Line two Cubie trays with aluminum foil. Spread out the minced chicken mixture evenly on the trays.
Bake for 10 minutes. Using a scissor, carefully cut into four equal pieces. Flip the four pieces around and brush with oil.
Continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and flip again then brush with oil. Repeat this process two more times to achieve the sticky chargrilled result.
