Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup)
Make this flavourful Samgyetang Ginseng Chicken Soup with Panasonic Big Cubie Oven and beat the heat, Korean style!

Clean chicken, remove excess fat inside chicken cavity and pat dry. Stuff the glutinous rice (reserving 1 tbsp) and half the Korean ginseng, red dates and garlic cloves into chicken cavity. Seal opening with toothpick.
Place chicken into a ceramic pot. Add the remaining glutinous rice, ginseng, red dates and garlic together with salt and water.
Cook on Stew mode for 3 hours. Add sliced spring onion and serve hot.
