Pizza is one of the most versatile foods. The pizza dough can be easily prepared at home. They can be made in advance, half baked and kept in freezer for further usage.

Ingredients

  • 200 gChicken fillet
  • 1 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • ½ tsp McCormick Garlic Ground
  • ¼ Pineapple, cut into chunks
  • A handful Fresh basil
  • 150 gMozzarella cheese
  • Handful Mushroom, halved

Tomato sauce

  • 130 gTomato puree
  • ½ tsp McCormick Garlic Ground
  • ½ tsp McCormick Onion Ground
  • ½ tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tspBertolli Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt

Pizza dough

  • 200 gFlour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Yeast
  • 1 tbspBertolli Olive Oil
  • 125 mlWater

Method

STEP 1

Marinate chicken with McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning and garlic powder. Set aside for 30 minutes. Bake chicken in Panasonic Cubie Oven for 12 minutes using Steam Convection mode at 190°C. Cut chicken into chunks.

STEP 2

In a bowl mix all ingredients for tomato sauce. Stir well.

STEP 3

To make pizza dough, put all pizza dough ingredients except yeast into Panasonic Bread Maker pan and place yeast into yeast dispense. Select dough function and press start. Once done, divide dough into 2 portions. Roll out dough into desired thickness on a floured surface.

STEP 4

Transfer pizza dough onto a baking tray and spread with tomato sauce. Sprinkle chicken slices, mushroom & pineapple over, top with mozzarella cheese and bake in Panasonic Cubie Oven for 13-15 minutes at 180°C on convection function.

STEP 5

Garnish with some fresh basil and serve.
