Removes Dust Particles as Small as PM 2.5

These Panasonic air conditioners incorporate the nanoe-G air purification system. The nanoe-G generator produces 3 trillion negative ions per second. nanoe-G charges dust particles with negative electricity and catches them. The air conditioner uses suction airflow to draw in dust and collect it in an air filter. As long as the air conditioner is active, the air in the room is being constantly cleaned.

What is PM 2.5?

What is PM 2.5?

“Particulate matter,” also known as PM, is made up of a number of components including extremely small particles and liquid droplets. Sized at less than 2.5 micrometers (PM 2.5), these particles pose health problems as they can easily enter our lungs. PM 2.5 can be found suspended in the air, included in dust, dirt, smoke and liquid droplets.

How nanoe-G works

How nanoe-G works

nanoe-G ion generator releases negative ions.

Negative ions attach to dust particles.

These particles are carried back and trapped at the filter.

Effects of nanoe-G

*Testing organisation: FCG Research Institute, Inc. Testing method: nanoe-G-equipped air conditioner was operated and tested in a 23m³-sized test room.
Test result: Removed 99% of particles  in 202 minutes (compared to the initial concentration). (25034) Not a result of experiments in an actual use environment.
Results may vary based on usage, and seasonal and environmental variables (temperature and humidity).
