  • 900 gchicken
  • 8 tbspsoy sauce
  • 5 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • 1½ cupwater
  • 3 pcsdried bay leaf
  • 1 tspwhole peppercorn
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 4 tbspwhite vinegar

Steps

STEP 1

Take out chicken from Panasonic Prime Fresh.

STEP 2

Combine chicken, soy sauce and garlic in a large bowl, mix well.

STEP 3

Keep in Panasonic Prime Fresh for 1 hour for better flavor penetration.

STEP 4

Heat up a pan with oil, pan fry the marinated chicken. Fry both sides until cooked.

STEP 5

Then pour in the remaining marinade in the bowl to the pan and add water then bring to boil.

STEP 6

Next, add bay leaf and peppercorn and season with sugar.

STEP 7

Simmer until chicken gets tender then add vinegar and cook for another 10 minutes.

STEP 8

Serve hot.
