  • 2 piecessliced raw salmon
  • 3 tbspSaikyo miso (sweet white miso)

Steps

STEP 1

Spread Saikyo miso evenly onto the salmon, and place them into a refrigerator bag.

STEP 2

Store in Prime Fresh for about 3 hours.

STEP 3

Take the salmon out of the bag, and remove the miso.

STEP 4

Cook both sides of the salmon in step 3, and arrange on a serving dish.
