Single/Multi-Split Wall-Mounted Air Conditioner: The X-Premium Aircon Series features built-in Wi-Fi for immediate connectivity. (Older or discontinued wall-mounted models do not have built-in Wi-Fi.)
Single/Multi-Split Packaged Air Conditioner: These units can connect to the app when paired with a Wi-Fi-enabled wired remote controller (purchased separately).
Mini VRF System / VRF System: Similar to packaged units, these systems require the Wi-Fi-enabled wired remote controller accessory to unlock the benefits of the Comfort Cloud app.
