1. Grab the handles, pull and hold them close to your chest.

2. Lean forward to make your body a strait line.

3. Step back on your right foot and bend your let at your left knee.

4. Shoot your right knee forward.

5. Jump a few centimeters off your left foot.

6. Land on your left foot,then bring your right foot back for the next rep.

7. Repeat all of this while switching legs.
