It is recommended to use Panasonic Tub Cleaner for better cleaning results. You can purchase the Tub Cleaner (N-W3) from our official website.
② Loosen and remove the old Ag+ Case.
③ Install the new Ag+ Case and tighten it.
④ Reinsert the detergent drawer fully.
