Singapore, 13 March 2026 – NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. (“NovaPeak”, a subsidiary of ISDN) and Panasonic R&D Center Singapore (“Panasonic R&D”) today announced a strategic partnership to grow NovaPeak’s LiveInspect.AI solutions globally.
NovaPeak is a subsidiary of Singapore-listed ISDN Holdings Limited (“ISDN”, ticker SGX: I07), and Panasonic R&D Center Singapore is the research and development arm of Panasonic Holdings Corporation (“Panasonic HD”, ticker TYO: 6752).
LiveInspect.AI is a proven, commercialised AI-powered solution for advanced automated building inspection. The LiveInspect solution provides safety, consistency and accuracy advantages over human-based building inspection, particularly for high-rise or large-scale buildings that are difficult to cover manually with human inspectors. LiveInspect has proven its capabilities with a track record of over 1,000 buildings inspected to date.
LiveInspect.AI addresses critical pain points in the built environment by improving inspection accuracy and consistency while significantly reducing safety risks and operational costs. By digitising the workflow, the platform ensures regulatory compliance through governed data pipelines and automated reporting.
The NovaPeak–Panasonic R&D strategic partnership aims to accelerate the global commercialisation and licensing of LiveInspect.AI. The collaboration marks a key milestone in the commercial deployment of AI-enabled digital inspection platforms, establishing the foundation for international licensing and structured deployment of LiveInspect.AI across global markets.
Eugene Choy, Managing Director and Founder of NovaPeak, said:
“LiveInspect.AI is a clear example of how AI and industrial automation can converge to create disruptive improvement even in highly regulated environments where the accuracy and reliability of data is mission critical.
Now that we have proven the value proposition and positive outcomes for the platform, we are thrilled to partner with Panasonic R&D to expand our market globally.”
Dr. Takeshi Ando, Managing Director of Panasonic R&D Center Singapore, added:
“For more than 35 years, Panasonic R&D Center Singapore has supported Panasonic Group products through digital technologies such as AI. This initiative builds on the AI-based visual recognition capabilities we have accumulated over the years, and strengthens them through Singapore’s fast-paced validation ecosystem and NovaPeak’s deep domain expertise – refined in real operational environments through inspections of more than 1,000 buildings.
As a result, we have established an AI platform foundation that enables high-quality visual inspection and related use cases to be implemented simply and reliably. Building on this achievement, Panasonic HD will accelerate global deployment by collaborating with various partners across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, the public sector, and logistics, contributing to improved safety, more efficient use of the workforce, and higher quality and productivity.”
Teo Cher Koon, Managing Director and President of ISDN Holdings Limited, added:
“NovaPeak is an example of how ISDN has grown its capabilities from being component provider to becoming a full solutions and innovation leader.
The LiveInspect.AI platform combines many of the strengths of ISDN — AI, motion control, industrial automation, software and systems integration — into a disruptive platform that takes building inspection into a safer and more automated future.
We have enjoyed a strongly productive partnership already with Panasonic R&D to realise the LiveInspect.AI platform to date, and we are excited to expand this partnership globally to scale up NovaPeak’s solutions.
Together, we are shaping the future of applied AI in industrial and built-environment sectors, delivering solutions that are scalable and enterprise-ready to drive long-term value.”
The partnership with Panasonic R&D comes after a S$1 million AI-powered building inspection contract awarded by the Housing Development Board through the use of Novapeak’s LiveInspect on 19 January 2026. The contract covers façade inspection across 1,400 HDB residential blocks and Periodic Façade inspection services for 50 HDB multi-storey carparks.
Collaboration integrates NovaPeak’s operational inspection expertise with Panasonic’s AI engineering to accelerate the international deployment of the LiveInspect.AI platform.
