Business operation updates due to COVID-19
In support of the Singapore Government's "circuit breaker" measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, Panasonic Singapore will be adopting the following measures from 7 April till further notice for the well-being of our customers and staff:
Closure of Panasonic Customer Care Centre
The following services will be suspended until further notice:
- Walk-in Repairs
- Promotion Redemptions
- Sale of Spare Parts and Accessories

Delay of Essential On-site (Home) Repairs
The scheduling of essential on-site (home) repairs may be delayed and the process may take a longer time as we carry out extra safety measures and hygiene precautions.
