Priority call with hands free talk

When the priority call button is pressed, a call will be initiated to up to 5 pre-registered numbers in sequence.
Hands free mode will be turned on automatically.
If none of the recipients have replied, an SMS with help request will be sent out to all 5 numbers in the emergency call list.
