หนังสือแจ้งการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคในประเทศไทย (รวมเรียกว่า “กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค” “เรา” “พวกเรา” หรือ “ของเรา”) ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล มีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล”) ส่งผลให้การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเจ้าของข้อมูลซึ่งเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา ที่ดำเนินการโดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะต้องปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด รวมถึงการแจ้งข้อมูลให้แก่เจ้าของข้อมูลทราบตามหนังสือฉบับนี้ และขอความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูลในบางกรณี
อนึ่ง หนังสือแจ้งการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ใช้กับกรณีที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอยู่ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลเท่านั้น ในกรณีที่เราประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกิจกรรมใด ในฐานะของผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลให้กับองค์กรภาครัฐหรือภาคเอกชนอื่น ซึ่งเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลในกิจกรรมนั้น ๆ ขอให้ท่านตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการประมวลผลได้จากนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือหนังสือแจ้งการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลขององค์กรภาครัฐหรือภาคเอกชนดังกล่าวโดยตรง
1. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ทั้งโดยทางตรงและทางอ้อมจาก
- ข้อมูลที่ท่านหรือผู้แทนของท่าน ให้ไว้กับกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคโดยตรง
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้รับจากบริษัทในกลุ่มในเครือของเรา
- ข้อมูลที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้รับจากหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรซึ่งเป็นลูกค้า คู่ค้า หรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคที่ท่าน (ในฐานะกรรมการ ผู้แทน หรือผู้ติดต่อประสานงาน) ทำงานด้วย
- แอปพลิเคชัน แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์ เว็บไซต์ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และ/หรือ สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่น ๆ ที่ท่านเลือกใช้เพื่อติดต่อกับกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
- ข้อมูลที่ถูกจัดเก็บอัตโนมัติผ่านทางเว็บไซต์หรือแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่างๆ อย่างเช่น คุกกี้ HTML หรือ Local Shared Object ("แฟลชคุกกี้") เมื่อคุณเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์ หรือ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อื่นๆ
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้รับจากคู่ค้าหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของเรา เช่น ตัวแทนจำหน่ายของเรา ผู้ให้บริการด้านการจัดส่งพัสดุ ผู้ให้บริการศูนย์บริการลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ และผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์ เป็นต้น
- แหล่งข้อมูลสาธารณะที่เชื่อถือได้
2. ประเภทของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจัดเก็บ
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่มีความหลากหลาย โดยพิจารณาจากวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำไปใช้ และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยผู้ปฏิบัติงานของเรา ซึ่งข้อมูลที่เราจัดเก็บ รวมถึง
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไป
• ข้อมูลที่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล คำนำหน้าชื่อ วันเดือนปีเกิด สัญชาติ เลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล ข้อมูลบัญชีแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (เช่น Line ID หรือเลขที่บัญชีของท่านสำหรับการใช้แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์) ที่อยู่ที่ติดต่อได้ สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน สำเนาใบอนุญาตขับขี่ สำเนาทะเบียนรถ สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง รูปถ่าย เสียง ลายมือชื่อ ภาพนิ่ง และภาพเคลื่อนไหว
• ข้อมูลลักษณะเฉพาะส่วนบุคคล เช่น สำเนาใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ สถานที่ทำงาน ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน
• ข้อมูลบุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่าน เช่น ข้อมูลของบุคคลที่ต้องการให้ติดต่อในกรณีฉุกเฉิน (เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล คำนำหน้าชื่อ เพศ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล)
• ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการ เช่น รายละเอียดของสินค้าที่ท่านซื้อ วันที่ซื้อสินค้า ประวัติการซื้อสินค้า รายละเอียดข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้า และข้อมูลที่ท่านให้แก่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าทำธุรกรรมกับกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
• ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เช่น บัญชีธนาคาร ข้อมูลการทำธุรกรรม ข้อมูลเครดิตทางการเงิน ข้อมูลการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย วิธีการชำระเงิน และรายละเอียดการชำระเงินอื่น ๆ
• ข้อมูลประวัติการใช้งาน เช่น ข้อมูลที่เก็บอัตโนมัติผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งรวมถึง พฤติกรรมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ข้อมูลบันทึก (log) การใช้บริการของท่าน ความสนใจของท่าน ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และที่อยู่ไอพีที่ท่านใช้ในการเข้าถึงบริการ ข้อมูลการตั้งค่า การปรับแต่งเว็บไซต์ วันที่ หรือ ตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของท่าน
• ข้อมูลอื่น ๆ เช่น ทะเบียนรถยนต์ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านให้กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคเมื่อท่านทำการติดต่อกับกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค เช่น ความสนใจและรูปแบบของการบริการ การโต้ตอบกับกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และช่องทางการสนทนาอื่น ๆ
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว
• ข้อมูลลักษณะเฉพาะส่วนบุคคล เช่น หมู่โลหิต ศาสนา สถานภาพการเป็นสมาชิกสหภาพแรงงาน และข้อมูลชีวภาพ
• ข้อมูลประวัติอาชญากรรม เช่น ผลการตรวจสอบประวัติจากสํานักงานตํารวจแห่งชาติ
• ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ เช่น ความพิการ อาการ ความเจ็บป่วย ประวัติการแพ้ยา และโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ (ในกรณีที่ท่านใช้สถานพยาบาลของเรา)
ทั้งนี้ ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่มีความอ่อนไหว กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะดำเนินการขอความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูลก่อน หรือในขณะที่ประมวลผลข้อมูล เว้นแต่สามารถใช้ฐานการประมวลผลอื่นที่ไม่ต้องขอความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูล ตามที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด
3. ระยะเวลาในการจัดเก็บ
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาตราบเท่าที่วัตถุประสงค์ของการนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวไปใช้ยังคงมีอยู่ หลังจากนั้น กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะลบ และทำลายข้อมูลดังกล่าว เว้นแต่กรณีจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาข้อมูลต่อไปตามที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนด หรือเพื่อเป็นการคุ้มครองสิทธิประโยชน์ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค โดยปกติในกรณีทั่วไป ข้อมูลจะถูกจัดเก็บไว้เป็นระยะเวลาสูงสุด 10 (สิบ) ปี เว้นแต่จะมีกฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษาข้อมูลไว้เป็นระยะเวลานานกว่าที่กำหนดไว้ดังกล่าวข้างต้น หรือเพื่อเป็นการคุ้มครองสิทธิประโยชน์ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
เมื่อพ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาตามที่ระบุข้างต้น กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการลบ และทำลายข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อดำเนินการให้นำข้อมูลของท่านทั้งหมดลบออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอย่างปลอดภัย หรือเก็บรักษาไว้ในรูปแบบที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลที่เป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลได้เท่านั้น
4. วัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นไปฐานทางกฎหมายภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอาจถูกประมวลผลเพื่อ (1) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญาในฐานะคู่สัญญา (2) ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือ (3) ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย โดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะใช้และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามขอบเขตดังกล่าว รวมถึงกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
4.1 วัตถุประสงค์ทั่วไป
• เพื่อบริหารจัดการธุรกรรมหรือสัญญาที่ท่านได้เข้าทำกับเรา รวมถึงการบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง และการจัดส่งสินค้าและ/หรือบริการตามที่คุณร้องขอ การติดตามและการรายงานสถานะของสินค้าหรือบริการดังกล่าว และการจัดการรับเรื่องประกันและข้อเรียกร้องต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับสินค้า
• เพื่อลงทะเบียนและบริหารจัดการบัญชีข้อมูลของท่าน ตลอดจนการสร้างฐานข้อมูลสำหรับท่าน เช่น ฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า การลงทะเบียนเป็นคู่ค้า และบันทึกผู้เข้ามาติดต่อกับเรา แล้วแต่กรณี
• เพื่อให้บริการและสนทนากับท่านผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อต่าง ๆ ซึ่งรวมถึง เว็บไซต์ของเรา แอปพลิเคชันออนไลน์ แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับซื้อขายสินค้าทางออนไลน์ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ศูนย์บริการลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ และช่องทางที่ท่านติดต่อกับเราโดยตรง ณ จุดให้บริการของเรา
• เพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงินหนี้ใด ๆ
• เพื่อการเข้าทำสัญญาและ/หรือการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญา ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม
• เพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในการประกอบธุรกิจที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค โดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของเจ้าของข้อมูล เช่น เพื่อการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง คาดการณ์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
• เพื่อสนับสนุนความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัยของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
• เพื่อการตรวจสอบ การวิเคราะห์และจัดทำเอกสารตามคำร้องขอของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และ หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลต่าง ๆ
• เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เพื่อการจัดกิจกรรม เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การอบรม หรือสัมมนาที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจัดขึ้น
4.2 วัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด
ในกรณีกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอนุญาตให้ทำได้ และ/หรือ กรณีที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้รับความยินยอมในการประมวลผลข้อมูลจากท่าน กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาดต่าง ๆ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
• เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลและข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่ประสงค์จะได้รับการติดต่อเกี่ยวกับบริการหรือสินค้าดังกล่าว ท่านสามารถแจ้งความต้องการของท่านผ่านช่องทางที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคกำหนด
• เพื่อประเมินผลการบริการ เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการและ/หรือสินค้าของเราต่อไป และนำเสนอการบริการและ/หรือสินค้าที่ท่านอาจสนใจ
• เพื่อกำหนดรูปแบบ และปรับปรุงกิจกรรมทางการตลาดโดยทั่วไปของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
• เพื่อใช้ประกอบการจัดทำสื่อโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ตามช่องทางสื่อต่าง ๆ
หากท่านไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความจำเป็นต่อกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ในการประมวลผลเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญา หรือเพื่อการเข้าทำสัญญากับท่าน กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจไม่สามารถให้บริการตรงตามความต้องการของท่านได้อย่างเต็มที่ หรือเราอาจมีความจำเป็นต้องปฏิเสธที่จะเข้าทำสัญญากับท่านหรือการให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ใด ๆ แก่ท่าน
ในกรณีที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใดนอกเหนือจากที่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น เราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงวัตถุประสงค์นั้นก่อนหรือขณะที่มีการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว
5. ที่ได้รับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยไม่มีฐานการประมวลผลข้อมูลโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจำเป็นต้องส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า บุคคลภายนอกจะดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่ให้เกิดการสูญหาย การเข้าถึงข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การใช้ การดัดแปลง หรือการเปิดเผยและการใช้งานที่ไม่ถูกต้อง โดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก ดังต่อไปนี้
• นิติบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานซึ่งเป็น คู่ค้า หรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของเราที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการสินค้าและการขนส่งสินค้า เช่น ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ผู้ให้บริการด้านการจัดส่งพัสดุ ตัวแทนจำหน่าย ตัวแทนบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้ให้บริการอื่น ๆ
• สถาบันการเงิน และผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน
• บริษัทในกลุ่มหรือบริษัทในเครือของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
• ผู้ให้บริการและผู้รับจ้างงานสนับสนุน/ช่วยเหลืออื่น ๆ ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค เช่น ผู้ให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ผู้ให้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์
• หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
• ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี ทนายความ และที่ปรึกษาด้านต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค
• บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานอื่นใด ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างบริษัท การควบรวม การขาย หรือการเข้าซื้อบริษัทที่เกิดขึ้น หรืออาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
• ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลอื่นที่ท่านประสงค์ให้ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปให้
6. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อผู้รับข้อมูลในต่างประเทศ
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะทำการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต่อผู้รับข้อมูลในต่างประเทศ เฉพาะกรณีที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ/หรือกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนดให้ทำได้เท่านั้น ในการนี้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การโอนข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ โดยเข้าทำข้อสัญญามาตรฐานหรือใช้กลไกอื่นที่พึงมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่ใช้บังคับ และกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจอาศัยสัญญาการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลที่มีข้อกำหนดให้ผู้รับการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตกลงให้เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลมีสิทธิที่จะบังคับตามสิทธิของตนกับผู้รับการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกรณีที่มีการฝ่าฝืนสัญญาการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือกลไกอื่นที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ เพื่อการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ
7. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้จัดให้มีนโยบายความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศ แผนรองรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ตลอดจนการป้องกันการบุกรุกของข้อมูล นอกจากนั้น กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคใช้ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่มีมาตรฐานสูงทั้งในด้านเทคโนโลยี และกระบวนการ เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง การใช้ การเปลี่ยนแปลง การแก้ไข หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยปราศจากอำนาจ หรือโดยมิชอบ ตลอดจนการโจรกรรมข้อมูล โดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้ลงทุน ทุ่มเทเวลา และบุคลากรเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า จะมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ได้มาตรฐานสูง และทำให้ข้อมูลของท่านเก็บรักษาในระบบที่มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัย โดยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้รับการปกป้องด้วยมาตรการต่าง ๆ เช่น Firewall, Anti-Virus, Active Directory, Intrusion Prevention System เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะจัดให้มีการทบทวนนโยบายดังกล่าวเป็นระยะเพื่อความเหมาะสม ตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะทำลายหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลของท่านทันทีที่มีเหตุผลอันเชื่อได้ว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นไม่มีความจำเป็นอีกต่อไป หรือสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาแล้ว ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคอาจทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสมและปลอดภัยโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
ถึงแม้กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะทุ่มเท และใช้ความพยายามในการดูแลข้อมูลให้มีความปลอดภัย ด้วยการใช้เครื่องมือทางเทคนิคร่วมกับการบริหารจัดการโดยบุคคล เพื่อควบคุมและรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูล มิให้มีการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แต่เราอาจไม่สามารถป้องกันความผิดพลาดได้ทุกประการ เช่น การปกป้องข้อมูลของท่านจากการถูกจู่โจมโดยไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือถูกเข้าถึงโดยบุคคลที่ไม่มีอำนาจได้ ท่านจึงควรติดตามข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ประเภท Personal Firewall เพื่อป้องกันคอมพิวเตอร์จากการจู่โจม หรือโจรกรรมข้อมูล
8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
การใช้สิทธิในเรื่องใด ๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 8 นี้ ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการใช้สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 9 ของนโยบายฉบับนี้ อนึ่ง สิทธิตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 8 นี้ อาจมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด ซึ่งอาจมีการออกหลักเกณฑ์โดยรัฐเป็นคราว ๆ โดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะแจ้งให้เจ้าของข้อมูลทราบต่อไปเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคำขอของท่านและดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึง การปฏิเสธคำขอของคุณในกรณีที่เรามีสิทธิตามกฎหมายในการดำเนินการดังกล่าว
8.1 สิทธิในการได้รับแจ้งข้อมูล: ในกรณีที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคมีการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล นอกเหนือจากขอบเขตวัตถุประสงค์หรือความยินยอมใด ๆ ที่ได้ให้ไว้กับเรา กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะแจ้ง และ/หรือขอความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูลก่อนการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว
8.2 สิทธิในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิที่จะขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน และมีสิทธิที่จะร้องขอให้เปิดเผยถึงการได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลของเจ้าของข้อมูล
8.3 สิทธิในการแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้อง: ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเจ้าของข้อมูลมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ท่านสามารถยื่นคำขอแก้ไขข้อมูลดังกล่าวตามวิธีการที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ 9 ได้ เพื่อทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านนั้นถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด
8.4 สิทธิในการโอนถ่ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิที่จะขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน ในรูปแบบที่สามารถอ่านหรือใช้งานโดยทั่วไปได้ โดยเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์อัตโนมัติ หรือขอให้โอนโดยอัตโนมัติได้ ทั้งนี้ เท่าที่ระบบของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะสามารถกระทำได้
8.5 สิทธิในการขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลของท่านได้ในกรณีหนึ่งกรณีใดดังต่อไปนี้ (ก) เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่มีความจำเป็นอีกต่อไปในการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผล (ข) เมื่อเจ้าของข้อมูลเพิกถอนความยินยอมในการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ไม่มีสิทธิตามกฎหมายที่จะประมวลผลข้อมูลนั้นอีกต่อไป (ค) เมื่อท่านคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค หรือ (ง) เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ถูกประมวลผลโดยไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
8.6 สิทธิในการระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิขอให้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ดังนี้
(1) เมื่อ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค อยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบข้อมูลตามที่เจ้าของข้อมูลร้องขอให้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงเพื่อทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด
(2) เมื่อเป็นข้อมูลที่ต้องลบหรือทำลายตามข้อ 8.5 แต่เจ้าของข้อมูลขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลแทน
(3) เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหมดความจำเป็นในการเก็บรักษาไว้ แต่เจ้าของข้อมูลขอให้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค เก็บรักษาข้อมูลไว้ก่อนเพื่อการก่อตั้งสิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย การใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย หรือการยกขึ้นต่อสู้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย
(4) เมื่อ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค อยู่ในระหว่างการพิสูจน์ถึงสิทธิโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายที่เรามีในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
8.7 สิทธิในการคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิที่จะคัดค้านการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตนได้ ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
(1) เป็นข้อมูลที่ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ได้มีการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลดังกล่าว (ก) จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค จากคำสั่งของรัฐ หรือ (ข) จากความจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค หรือของนิติบุคคลอื่น
(2) เป็นกรณีที่ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับการตลาดแบบตรง
(3) เป็นกรณีที่ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับการศึกษาวิจัยในด้านต่าง ๆ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึงทางสถิติ
8.8 สิทธิในการเพิกถอนความยินยอม: เจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิที่จะเพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยการถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าวจะไม่กระทบต่อการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใด ๆ ที่เจ้าของข้อมูลได้ให้ความยินยอมไปแล้วก่อนหน้านี้ ทั้งนี้ หากการเพิกถอนความยินยอมของท่านจะส่งผลกระทบต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในเรื่องใด กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค จะแจ้งให้เจ้าของข้อมูลทราบถึงผลกระทบจากการถอนความยินยอม
ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค อาจปฏิเสธคำขอใช้สิทธิในการเพิกถอนความยินยอมข้างต้น หากการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านนั้นเป็นไปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์หรือเป็นกรณีที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายหรือคำสั่งศาล หรือเป็นกรณีที่อาจส่งผลกระทบและก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิทธิหรือเสรีภาพของเจ้าของข้อมูลหรือบุคคลอื่น หรือเป็นการดำเนินการเพื่อการศึกษาวิจัยทางสถิติที่มีมาตรการปกป้องข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม หรือเพื่อการก่อตั้งสิทธิเรียกร้อง การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือเพื่อเป็นการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องหรือการยกขึ้นต่อสู้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย
ในการดำเนินการตามสิทธิของท่านในข้อนี้ กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะสามารถพิจารณาดำเนินการให้ท่านได้เฉพาะกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคประมวลผลในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่านั้น สำหรับการใช้สิทธิของท่านในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกิจกรรมใดในฐานะของผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลของผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น กลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคจะดำเนินการแจ้งผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายดังกล่าว เพื่อให้พิจารณาดำเนินการตามสิทธิของท่านในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อไป
9. การติดต่อ
ในกรณีที่ท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือคำถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค หรือมีความประสงค์ที่จะขอใช้สิทธิของท่านในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ท่านสามารถติดต่อกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิคได้ตามรายละเอียดเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือผู้ติดต่อของกลุ่มบริษัทพานาโซนิค โดยกดที่ [ลิ้งค์นี้]

Privacy Notice
Thai Panasonic Group (referred to as “Panasonic Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), as a controller of personal data, is bound by Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). In processing an individual’s personal data, Panasonic Group is required to comply with PDPA, including the obligation to notify the data subject of his/her legal rights pursuant to this document, and in certain cases, obtaining consent from the data subject.
This privacy notice applies when Panasonic Group acts as the data controller of personal data only. For any activities where Panasonic Group is the data processor for other public or private organizations who act as a data controller of such activities, you may check the details of such processing activities from the privacy policy or notice of processing of such public or private organization directly.
1. Collection of Personal Data
Panasonic Group may, directly or indirectly, collect your personal data from the following sources:
• Information that you or your representative directly provided to Panasonic Group;
• Personal data received from affiliates of Panasonic Group;
• Information received from any agency or organization which is a customer, vendor, or business partner of Panasonic Group that you work with (as a director, representative, or contact person);
• Application, online marketplace, website, social media, and/or other public relation media that you use to contact Panasonic Group;
• Information automatically collected through our website or social media platforms such as cookies, HTML or Local Shared Object (“Flash cookies”) when you use or visit our website, application, online marketplace or other social media;
• Personal data received from our vendor or business partner including our dealer, delivery service provider, call center service provider, and online platform service provider; or
• Any reliable public sources.
2. Types of Personal Data Collected
Depending on purposes of use and requirements of our operations, in processing personal data, Panasonic Group may collect various types of your personal data including:
General Personal Data
• Identification information such as name-surname, name prefix, gender, date of birth, nationality, identification number, taxpayer identification number, telephone number, e-mail, social media and platform account (such as Line ID or user ID in the online marketplace), address, copy of identification card, copy of driver license, copy of car registration, copy of household registration, copy of passport, photo, voice, signature, picture, and video;
• Personal characteristics such as a copy of the professional license, place of work, business experiences, and job position;
• Third party information such as emergency contact information (such as name and surname, name prefix, gender, telephone number, e-mail);
• Service usage related information such as information of products purchased, date of purchase, purchase history, details of complaints concerning the product, and other information you provided to Panasonic Group for the purpose of entering into transactions with Panasonic Group;
• Financial information such as bank account, transaction information, financial credit information, withholding tax information, payment method, and other payment details;
• Service usage history such as data automatically collected via the website including website usage behavior, log-file, your service usage, your interest, devices information, and your IP address, setting, website adjustment, date, or your location; and
• Other information such as vehicle registration number, personal data that you provide to Panasonic Group when contacting us such as interest and type of service, communication with Panasonic Group through social media and other channels.
Sensitive Personal Data
• Personal characteristics such as blood type, religion, trade union membership, and biometrics data;
• Criminal record information such as results of background checks from Royal Thai Police; and
• Health-related data such as disability, symptoms, illness, drug allergy, and disease, in case you use our medical facilities.
With regard to the processing of sensitive data, Panasonic Group will obtain consent from the data subject before or at the time of data processing, unless the processing of such sensitive data falls under the exceptions that prescribed by the personal data protection laws, including the PDPA.
3. Retention Period
Panasonic Group will retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of data processing. Thereafter, Panasonic Group will erase and destroy your personal data except as may be required, by applicable laws, or for the protection of Panasonic Group’s interest. In general, personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 10 years or otherwise longer if it is specifically provided by law or for the protection of Panasonic Group’s interest.
Upon the completion of the abovementioned period, Panasonic Group will follow the deletion and destruction procedure to ensure that all your personal data is safely deleted from the server of Panasonic Group or is retained in the form of anonymous data.
4. Purposes of Use and Disclosure
Panasonic Group will process your personal data in accordance with the lawful bases under the application laws, including the PDPA. Your personal data may be processed to: (i) perform contractual obligations as a party to the contract, (ii) comply with legal obligations, or (iii) for the legitimate interest. Panasonic Group will use and disclose your personal data for the abovementioned purposes and scope, including the following purposes:
4.1 General Purposes
• Management of transactions or any contracts entering into with you including the management of inventory and delivery of the products and/or services requested by you, tracking and reporting on the status of such products or services, provision of product warranty and claims;
• Registering and managing any accounts and creating a database for you such as, customer database, vendor registration, and visitor records, as the case may be;
• Provide the services and correspondence with you through various channels, which include our website, online application, online platforms/marketplaces, social media, call center, and direct interaction at our service windows;
• Procedure for settling any kind of payments;
• Entering and/or fulfilling our contractual obligations whether directly or indirectly;
• Legitimate interests in relation to the carrying out of the business of Panasonic Group, by concerning the fundamental rights of the data subject such as for developing, improving, predicting, and solving problems that may incur in relation to the provision of service of Panasonic Group;
• Supporting the stability and security of Panasonic Group;
• Inspection, analysis, and preparation of documents upon request of governmental organizations and regulatory bodies;
• Compliance with applicable laws; and
• Arranging and attending activities, training, or seminars held by Panasonic Group.
4.2 Marketing Purpose
In the case where applicable law permits and/or Panasonic Group obtained your consent to process data, Panasonic Group may collect, use, and disclose your personal data including but not limited to the following marketing purposes:
• Offering information and newsletter in relation to the products and services of Panasonic Group. In the case where you no longer wish to be contacted for the marketing of services or products, you may proceed with the opt-out through the channels designated by Panasonic Group;
• Service assessment in order to improve the quality of our products and/or services, and to offer products and/or services that you may be interested in;
• Setting patterns and improving general marketing activities of Panasonic Group; and
• Using the information in preparation of advertisement and public relations materials via any media channels.
If you are unable to provide your personal data to us that is necessary for the Panasonic Group to process for our compliance with laws, for the performance of the contractual obligations or necessary for entering into contracts with you, then we may not be able to provide you with our services to the best of your interest or it may be necessary for us to decline to enter into the contract with you or the provision of any relevant services to you.
In the event that we process your personal data for any other purposes as described above, we will notify you of such purposes prior to or at the time of processing such personal data.
5. Disclosure
Panasonic Group will not disclose your personal data without any legal basis. In the case Panasonic Group is required to transfer your personal data to other third parties, Panasonic Group will proceed according to an appropriate procedure in order to ensure that other third parties will protect and prevent your personal data from any loss, unauthorized access, usage, modification, or disclosure. Your data may be disclosed to other third parties including:
• Juristic persons or organizations that are our vendors or business partners relating to the management of products and delivery such as online platform service provider, delivery service provider, key dealers, relevant service agents, and other service providers;
• Financial institution and payment service providers;
• Group company or affiliate of Panasonic Group;
• Other supporting/assisting third-party service providers of Panasonic Group such as information technology service provider, application service provider, cloud service provider;
• Relevant governmental and regulatory bodies;
• Auditors, lawyers, and other advisors of Panasonic Group;
• Other person or companies where required, in connection with an existing, or potential corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition or takeover; and
• Other data controller to whom you have instructed Panasonic Group to disclose or transfer data.
6. Cross-Border Transfer
Panasonic Group will disclose your personal data to the recipient outside of Thailand only where it is permitted by data protection law such as the PDPA and/or other applicable laws. In this regard, Panasonic Group may follow the rule for the transfer of data outside Thailand by entering into the standard contractual clause for data transfer or using other available methods under the applicable laws, and Panasonic Group may rely on the data sharing agreement with the provisions require the data receiver to allow the data subject to directly exercise their rights against such data receiver in case of any breach of data sharing agreement, or other permitted methods for the transfer of personal data to other countries.
7. Data Security Measure
Panasonic Group adopts internal policies relating to the information security system, emergency plan, and data intrusion prevention. Panasonic Group also adopts a high-standard security system in both technology and procedures to prevent any unauthorized or unlawful access, use, change, amendment, or disclosure of personal data, and possible data theft. Panasonic Group makes substantial investments, effort, and human resources to ensure that Panasonic Group maintains high-standard measures and that your personal data remains safe. Panasonic Group implements various measures to protect its computer systems such as Firewall, Anti-Virus, Active Directory, and Intrusion Prevention System. Panasonic Group will revisit such internal policies periodically as appropriate according to the laws.
Panasonic Group will destroy or anonymize your personal data when there is a reasonable ground to believe that it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which such personal data has been collected, or when the retention period expires. In this regard, Panasonic Group may destroy your personal data using appropriate and safe methods without prior notice.
Although Panasonic Group uses its best efforts to protect the personal data with Panasonic Group’s technical mechanism along with the management by Panasonic Group’s personnel to control access and keep personal data against unauthorized access, Panasonic Group cannot always guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data from every incident that may arise, such as virus threat and unauthorized access. A data subject should regularly keep updated with technology news and install personal firewall software to prevent his/her computer from threat or data theft.
8. Right of Data Subject
In exercising any right under this Clause 8, the data subject shall comply with the criteria and procedures specified in Clause 9 of this privacy notice. However, the rights specified in this Clause 8 are subject to change as the relevant law may be amended from time to time by the government. Panasonic Group will inform you about the changes. Panasonic Group reserves the right to consider your request and proceed in accordance with the PDPA, including to deny your request in case we have the legal right to do so.
8.1 Right to be notified: If Panasonic Group wishes to collect, store, use or disclose your personal data in any manner beyond the intended purposes or your given consent, Panasonic Group will notify and/or seek your prior consent with respect to such additional scope.
8.2 Right to Access to your Personal Data: You may request for a copy of your personal data and request to disclose about the source of your personal data.
8.3 Rectification of the Personal Data: To ensure that your personal data is accurate, up-to-date, complete and not misleading, you may file a request to rectify any of your personal data that has been changed by following the procedures specified in Clause 9.
8.4 Right to data portability: In case where it is technically available, you may request to receive your personal data in a commonly used or readable by the automatic device or to automatically transfer.
8.5 Right to erasure of your Personal Data: You may request to erase or make your personal data unidentifiable under any of the following circumstances: (a) your personal data is no longer needed to be collected, stored, used or disclosed for the intended purposes, (b) you withdraw your consent for your personal data to be collected, stored, used or disclosed and Panasonic Group no longer has any legal right to process your personal data for the intended purposes, (c) you object to Panasonic Group’s processing of your personal data, or (d) your personal data was processed in contravention of the PDPA.
8.6 Request to suspend the use of your Personal Data: You may request Panasonic Group to suspend its use of your personal data in any of the following events:
(1) when Panasonic Group is in the process of verifying certain information for the purpose of rectifying, updating, completing or avoiding any misleading about your personal data upon your request;
(2) when your personal data is to be erased under Clause 8.5 but you instead request to suspend its use;
(3) when it is no longer necessary to store your personal data, but you request Panasonic Group to continue the storage of your personal data for establishing legal claims, legal compliance, exercise of legal rights or defenses; or
(4) when Panasonic Group is in the process of verifying its legitimate rights in its data collection or processing for purposes specified by law.
8.7 Right to object the processing of Personal Data: You may object to the collection, storage, use or disclosure of your personal data in any of the following events:
(1) In case where your personal data was collected by Panasonic Group for the purpose of (a) public interest of Panasonic Group, (b) Panasonic Group’s compliance with a governmental order or (c) any legitimate interest of Panasonic Group or other legal entity;
(2) In case where Panasonic Group has processed your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing; and
(3) In case where Panasonic Group has processed your personal data for any research purposes as specified in relevant laws, including for statistical purpose.
8.8 Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not have any effect on Panasonic Group’s previous data processing. If your withdrawal affects any part of your personal data processing activities, Panasonic Group will notify you of such effect at the time you make such withdrawal.
However, Panasonic Group may deny your request to withdraw the consent if the processing is for the purpose of, or for complying with, applicable law or court order, the withdrawal may adversely affect and harm the rights and freedom of the data subject himself or other people, the processing is for research purposes that have appropriate protection for personal data, or the processing is for establishing legal claims, legal compliance, the exercise of legal rights or defenses.
In responding to your request under this clause, Panasonic Group may be able to consider only your personal data that Panasonic Group processed as a data controller. For the exercising of your right for the personal data Panasonic Group processed as a data processor of other data controller, Panasonic Group will inform such data controller to consider and proceed according to your request as your data controller.

10. Amendment to this Privacy Notice
In case there is a material change in the practice relating to personal data protection, we will amend and revise this Privacy Policy and disclose it on our platform to ensure that you have acknowledged the method that we collect, use, handle, disclose, and protect the personal data.
This privacy notice is effective from 1 April 2024
