TechCollect is fully funded by ANZRP’s members, more than 60 manufacturers and importers of televisions and computer products, that have chosen ANZRP to deliver sustainable environmental outcomes on their behalf; companies who are putting environmental outcomes first.
Panasonic spent the better part of five years actively campaigning for the introduction of a national e-waste recycling scheme which has become a reality with the launch of ANZRP.
On the morning of November 14, 2012, the north of Australia witnessed a total solar eclipse. Panasonic, powered solely by its HIT(R) solar panels and lithium-ion batteries for storage, succeeded in a live broadcast of this spectacular astronomical phenomenon via USTREAM.
