Dual-Port Operation

Panasonic Document Management System (P-DMS)

Software that streamlines scanned documents easily and efficiently regardless of file format. All of the Panasonic-DMS capabilities can be performed with a simple "drag and drop" operation. Network file sharing and network file storage is possible for efficient document workflow. The "Save As" function enables documents to be saved in PDF format. Panasonic-DMS software comes standard with the Panafax fax machines.

Network PC Fax software enables users to send a fax directly from their PC. The fax machine is accessible over the LAN from the user’s desktop. This feature allows you to fax directly from the computer via the built-in 33.6 kbps modem. Network PC fax software comes standard with all Panafax Network Fax machines.

Remote Diagnostic System enables technicians to quickly troubleshoot or update firmware via a telephone line or LAN.

Check & Call

Check & Call automatically reports toner status and other mechanical failures directly to an authorized service center. This feature decreases downtime while increasing productivity.

Scan-To-Email (Internet Fax)

With the Internet Fax option, the Panafax® converts documents into TIFF-F image files and/or PDF and transmits them as email attachments via the local area network. With the "Scan-to-Email" feature, users can send documents directly from the Panafax® to other internet fax machines or even multiple email clients worldwide at the touch of a button. When both LAN and PSTN lines are used at the same time, Email/G3 mixed broadcast is a convenient way to send the same document to both email addresses and G3 fax machines.

Scan-to-File allows users to easily convert paper documents into PC data.

Super G3 Fax

Panafax® machines feature high-speed 33.6-kbps Super G3 fax capabilities that transmit a page in about three seconds (letter-size). Besides faster transmission, prep time is also much shorter thanks to 0.7-sec. Quick-Scan. In addition, when a user sends multiple pages, the Quick Memory Transmission saves time by connecting to the receiver and beginning transmission while still collecting data.
