Ingredients

Makes one 22cm-diameter tart

  • 350 gShort Crust Pastry (Tart Dough)
  • 250 gApple Compote
  • 1-2 small apples with peel Apple
  • 50 mlApricot Jam
  • Water (Small amount)

Steps

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Line the flan dish with pastry. Pour in the apple compote and place sliced apples in a rpsette shape.

STEP 3

Place on the grill tray in the lower shelf position and cook on OVEN 200°C for 45minutes. Remove from dish and allow to cool (on a wire rack).

STEP 4

Mix 3 spoons of apricot jam and spoon of water in a bowl and cook on 1000W Microwave for 1 minute and brush over the apple.
